Controlled Holdings has been your expert in HVAC controls since 1997. The company, founded by Tom Jackson, began out of his parent’s, Ron & Bette Jackson’s, three car garage. Tom handled the business affairs of the small company while Ron created products and Bette tracked the finances.

Now headquartered in Indianapolis, Controlled Holdings has more than 60 employees committed to helping the industry and the people it is comprised of succeed. Our organization encompasses six separate brands that function as one cohesive company. The six branches come in the forms of Jackson Systems, Custom Controls, Filter Fetch, iO HVAC Controls, Specified Controls and the Trades eCommerce Experience. Controlled Holdings operates with the contractor in mind. Our organization is constantly working to improve the industry with innovative ideas and friendly customer service.

The teamwork and effort instilled into the organization via the Jackson’s has led to expansive success in the company’s short 24 years in existence. Controlled Holdings has earned multiple Dealer Design Awards, Indiana Innovation Awards and RSES Journal Reader’s Choice Awards. We’ve also been voted best places to work in Indiana the last five years in a row, nine years total.
