Controlled Holdings has been your expert in HVAC controls since 1997. The company, founded by Tom Jackson, began out of his parent’s, Ron & Bette Jackson’s, three car garage. Tom handled the business affairs of the small company while Ron created products and Bette tracked the finances.

Headquartered in Indianapolis, Controlled Holdings has more than 100 employees committed to helping the industry and the people it is comprised of succeed. Our organization encompasses six separate brands that function as one cohesive company. The six branches come in the forms of Jackson Systems, Custom Controls, Filter Fetch, iO HVAC Controls, Specified Controls and VoltEdge Marketing. Controlled Holdings operates with the contractor in mind. Our organization is constantly working to improve the industry with innovative ideas and friendly customer service.
