Controlled Holdings, an award-winning distributor of HVAC controls, is currently seeking a highly self-motivated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our Operations Team.

The Shipping & Receiving Specialist will be responsible for full cycle warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely movement of inventory. In this role, you will utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage both inbound receiving and outbound fulfillment to support overall warehouse efficiency.

• Process and pull all shipping orders accurately utilizing warehouse management software (WMS) 
• Ship marketing items accurately and timely  
• Receive, inspect, and put away all incoming shipments utilizing WMS 
• Assist with product assembly as needed  
• Participate in all physical inventory and company training sessions  
• Complete all tasks in a safe and professional manner  
• Ability to work overtime as requested 
• Any other tasks or projects as requested 

• Strong attention to detail  
• Intermediate computer skills  
• High School diploma or equivalent experience  
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds 
• Able to stand, bend, twist, stoop, and climb ladders on a frequent basis
