Controlled Holdings, an Indiana’s Best Place to Work and award-winning distributor of HVAC controls, is currently seeking a detailed Production Floater. We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual to join our operations team.

*This position works Monday – Friday, no weekends!!!*

• Have a solid understanding of all Jackson Systems products
• Assist in the assembly of products
• Assist in the putting away of incoming shipments
• Assist in the imprinting of thermostats
• Assist in shipping customer orders and receiving inventory
• Ability to work overtime as requested
• Any other tasks or projects as requested
• Do whatever it takes to make the customer happy

• Participate in all physical inventories and company training sessions
• Complete all tasks in a safe and professional manner
• Ability to work overtime as requested

• Strong attention to detail – perfectionist!
• Intermediate computer skills
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to stand, bend, twist, stoop, and climb ladders on a frequent basis
