This is a hands-on, entry-level role where you’ll do more than just fill seats; you’ll be a culture champion, a talent scout, and a key driver of HR excellence. Details, Details:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and UKG.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through proactive outreach and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and align on hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screenings (phone, video, in-person) to assess skills and culture fit.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support pre-employment processes (offer letters, background checks, onboarding coordination).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Identify creative sourcing strategies and stay ahead of recruiting trends.
- Represent Controlled Holdings at career fairs and community events.
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate data in HR systems (UKG, Absorb LMS).
- Deliver a “white-glove” candidate and stakeholder experience at every touchpoint.
